Job summary

Managing Composites is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer who thrives on moving technical projects forward. You’ll own parts or systems and partner with design, analysis and manufacturing engineers to define targets and ensure progress.

You will unblock issues, coordinate stakeholders, and drive delivery with clear timelines, while communicating with suppliers and customers to accelerate decisions and resolve problems. Proactive, technically minded engineers fit well here.

Qualifications

• Ability to discuss design decisions and evaluate alternatives with technical judgement.
• Comfortable planning resources within budget and time constraints.
• Strong problem-solving attitude; analyse and propose solutions when issues arise.
• Experience with Excel and control sheets to ensure visibility and traceability.
• Good habits for tracking work and maintaining tidy documentation.
• Proficient in English and Spanish communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned parts/systems including function, goals, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, analysis and manufacturing engineers.
• Act as main problem-solver to unblock information and dependencies.
• Plan and control timelines aligned with the program plan; ensure timely inputs and milestones.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal teams; on-site visits when needed.
• Maintain end-to-end technical tracking: documentation, changes, risks and status.
