BOLD is seeking a Senior Composite Design Engineer - F1 to drive the design and development of high‑performance composite laminates and structures for the world’s most demanding industries, including prepregs, cores, tooling and trimming methodologies.

You will analyze specifications, create CATIA V5/Siemens NX models, and guide junior designers while coordinating with project teams to meet critical milestones in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in composite design and development for high‑end applications.
• Experience with prepregs, cores, tooling and trimming methodologies.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 and Siemens NX for design and drafting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for composite tooling and CFRP moulds.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in an agile environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and verify initial specifications and statements of work.
• Design and develop composite laminates and structures; lead CAD modeling.
• Support tooling, patterns and CFRP moulds for autoclave and OoA processes.
• Draft drawings for composites components and tooling with GD&T.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with project management to meet deadlines.
