Enginy, a Barcelona-based startup, is building an AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams. We’re seeking a backend engineer who will own the engine behind our platform from day one, handling high-throughput workflows, data pipelines, and integrations with customer tools.

You’ll design, ship, and observe features in collaboration with Product, Design, and Frontend, while upholding engineering standards as we scale internationally.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of modern API design and async workflows.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code.
• Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English.
• Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup.

Responsabilidades

• Core services: build and maintain scalable, reliable services powering the engine.
• Async workflows: work with async architectures, data pipelines and workflow orchestration with Temporal
• APIs & integrations: design and implement production-grade APIs and integrations with external platforms
• Performance & reliability: optimize performance and observability across the system
• End-to-end delivery: collaborate with Product, Design and Frontend to ship features with quality and speed
• Engineering standards: help shape engineering practices and architecture as we scale
