• Inspecting rooms and promptly reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance department or head housekeeper.
• Handling and registering lost property according to established hotel protocols.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas across the property when required.
• Responding courteously and attentively to guest requests in hallways or rooms.
