Randstad España seeks a hands-on GTM Portfolio & Communications Manager to oversee our client’s go-to-market project delivery across two customer segments. You will maintain a consolidated view of active initiatives, set readiness standards, and drive external communications timelines.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management experience in Marketing, Product, or Commercial functions.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Conversational or professional proficiency in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• GTM Master Portfolio Plan: Maintain a real-time consolidated view of all active projects across both segments, tracking phases, dependencies, owners, and milestones.
• Readiness Framework: Establish and enforce product and market readiness checklists before launches.
• Project Governance: Lead weekly review calls to evaluate status and unblock issues.
• Customer Communications Calendar: Plan and manage outbound communications against external deadlines with approvals and routing.
• Executive Reporting: Produce monthly packs showing portfolio health and launch readiness.
• Knowledge Transfer & Handover: Document processes and templates for a smooth handover at assignment end.
