Valley DFY Manager role at Valley manages a portfolio of client workspaces, ensuring outbound campaigns run smoothly and scale. You onboard clients, translate goals into live campaigns, build lead lists, and tailor writing styles for each client.

You lead the DFY account management team, balance work across accounts, and report weekly results to clients. The role blends operations with client-facing leadership, aiming for a reliable, high-volume outreach engine.

Formación

• Operator mindset and data-grounded approach.
• Fluency in LinkedIn outbound: Connection campaigns, InMail, Sales Navigator.
• Hands-on with CRM and reporting dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients, translate goals into live campaigns and build lead lists.
• Craft client-specific writing styles and messaging; iterate based on replies.
• Own the full campaign inventory per workspace: campaigns, pacing, follow-ups, A/B tests.
• Track reply quality and flag priority follow-ups to convert to meetings.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports per client and portfolio.
• Own client relationship, surface blockers and recommendations proactively.
• Lead and balance the DFY account management team across multiple clients.
