papernest Spain is offering a six-month internship starting December/January 2027, focused on Revenue Growth Strategy. You will analyze portfolios, performance metrics, and market opportunities across energy, telco, and insurance to shape commercial plans.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing and sales teams and gain hands-on experience in data, strategy and operations. You will work in a fast-paced, international environment, with one remote day per week and ongoing development

Formación

• Pursuing a Master's degree in engineering or business school.
• Fluent Italian and strong command of English.
• Proactive, a strong team player, and analytical.
• Comfortable with Excel and SQL (or eager to learn).
• Interested in data, strategy, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy Analysis & Planning: analyze portfolio, offers, funnels, and retention to guide performance.
• Business development: explore market trends and new verticals for cross-sell opportunities.
• Data Insights & Reporting: create dashboards and monitor KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Operations Optimization: collaborate to streamline processes and improve sales tracking.
• Assist with launching initiatives for the Italian market.
