papernest Spain is seeking a Data Analyst Intern for a 6‑month placement starting January 2027. You will ensure data reliability, build dashboards for the operations team, and perform analytics to drive growth across Europe.

The role includes remote work one day per week and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You should come from an engineering or business school, love data, and be comfortable with SQL, visualization tools, and data processing.

• You come from an engineering or business school.
• Passionate about data and digital.
• Rigorous, resourceful, and independent.
• Good level of English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure data reliability and accessibility.
• Ensure the reliability of data coming from different sources.
• Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to the operations team.
• Create value through analytics.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making and identify growth levers.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses on topics at the crossroads of Operations, Quality, and HR (recruitment, upskilling, etc.).
• Produce ad hoc analyses and be proactive in proposing operational improvements.
• Improve the productivity of several business teams.
• Automate bonus calculations for our sales team of over 400 people spread across France and Spain.
• Automate certain team tasks through the creation of new innovative tools.
• Implement alerting systems to spot potential issues and anticipate market changes
