Fever is seeking a Project Management Associate to orchestrate distribution plans with Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations. You will translate partner needs into actionable distribution roadmaps and drive go-lives on time.

Formación

• STEM/Engineering background required.
• 3–5 years in project/program management or PMO.
• Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce preferred.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management; able to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; a third language is a plus.
• Familiarity with distribution/trade partners/marketplace models is a plus.
• Hands-on with PM tools (Asana, Jira, Monday, Notion).

Responsabilidades

• Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plan for each partner.
• Be PM hub across Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations—own timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and keep integrations on track.
• Own the pipeline of distribution projects—prioritize by impact vs effort.
• Build repeatable processes and playbooks for onboarding new partners.
• Track KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report clearly.
• Spot risks and bottlenecks early and push for resolution.
