Fever, in Madrid, is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate partner distribution across catalog launches, channels, and timelines. You will translate partner needs into clear plans and drive them to live on schedule.

You will sit at the center of Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity, and Operations, owning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, building scalable processes and reporting KPIs to stakeholders.

Formación

• Engineering background required.
• 3–5 years in project/program management, PMO, operations, or partner coordination.
• Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; another language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for each partner.
• Be the PM hub across teams—own timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and maintain integrations.
• Own the pipeline of distribution projects and prioritize by impact and effort.
• Build repeatable onboarding processes for new partners.
• Track KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report.
• Identify risks early and drive them to resolution.
