Job summary

Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Project Manager to orchestrate partner distribution. You’ll sit at the center of Partner Management, Commercial, Connectivity and Operations to translate needs into a clear plan, then ship it on time.

You have an engineering background and 3–5 years in PM/PMO roles, thriving in high-growth startups and cross‑functional environments, with strong English and Spanish skills and KPI‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

Engineering background required.
3–5 years in project/program management or PMO.
Experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, travel/ticketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong organization and stakeholder management; ability to influence without formal authority.
Business- and partner-oriented mindset; translate partner needs into actionable plans.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish; third language a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and coordinate end-to-end distribution plans for partners.
Own timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Drive cross-functional execution to launch catalogs and maintain integrations.
Manage the pipeline of distribution projects; prioritize by impact and effort.
Build repeatable processes and playbooks for partner onboarding.
Track KPIs (time-to-launch, coverage, partners live, revenue ramp) and report to stakeholders.
Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive resolution.
