Netenders, a fast-growing international e-commerce group, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to coordinate digital acquisition, CRM and SEO across Europe, North America and Australia. You will work with Paid Media, CRM and SEO specialists to align channels with commercial goals and drive growth.

We value a data-driven, collaborative leader with 3–5 years in growth marketing, strong analytical skills and English fluency (French or Spanish a plus).

Formación

• 3–5 years in growth or performance marketing.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and another major platform.
• Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads and/or Reddit Ads.
• Strong CRM, retention and marketing automation.
• Solid SEO understanding and organic growth.
• Strong analytics and business mindset.
• Proficient with GA4, dashboards and attribution.
• Able to coordinate several projects across countries.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate paid acquisition campaigns across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads.
• Monitor budgets, performance and profitability by country, brand and channel.
• Analyse revenue, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, LTV and marketing contribution.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign structure, targeting, creatives, landing pages and product feeds.
• Support CRM strategy including email, SMS, push, automation flows, segmentation and retention.
• Follow SEO roadmap and work with the SEO team to increase organic traffic and revenue.
• Coordinate cross-channel initiatives between Paid Media, CRM, SEO, creative and e-commerce teams.
• Build clear weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
• Support attribution, tracking and data-quality improvements.
• Develop and prioritise growth experiments across markets and brands.
• Share actionable recommendations and follow their implementation with the relevant teams.
