A leading AdTech firm in Spain seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation strategies. You will develop multi-channel campaigns and collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to enhance lead pipelines. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B growth within AdTech or SaaS, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools. A collaborative mindset and experience with outbound tactics are preferred.

Formación

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred.
  • Comfortable with metrics and pipeline impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Build a data-led pipeline engine using various tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing.
  • Optimise lead workflows and reporting for insights.
  • Measure and refine campaign performance.

The Role
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
  • Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
  • Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
  • Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
  • B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
  • Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
