A fast-growing AdTech company in La Coruña, Spain is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of their growth marketing strategy. You will develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns and work closely with Sales and Product Marketing. Candidates should have experience in B2B demand generation and be comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot and Clearbit. This role is pivotal in influencing pipeline and revenue in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Formación

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS is preferred.
  • Comfortable with metrics and pipeline impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Build data-led pipeline engine using HubSpot and other tools.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing for qualified opportunities.

  • Measure and refine campaign performance.

The Role
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
  • Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
  • Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
  • Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
  • B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
  • Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
