A dynamic global AdTech company in Spain is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of growth marketing strategy. You will develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns and build a scalable pipeline engine while collaborating closely with Sales and Product Marketing. The ideal candidate has B2B demand generation experience and a strong grasp of CRM tools like HubSpot. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence revenue in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Formación

  • Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred.
  • Comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact.
  • Ability to partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing.

The Role
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
  • Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
  • Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
  • Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
  • B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
  • Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
