Cleo is hiring an exceptional ML Engineering Manager to lead the Machine Learning efforts across the Growth team. You will oversee a team of ML Engineers and collaborate with Marketing Engineers, Product Designers, PMs, and Data Scientists to build systems that drive revenue growth and maximise lifetime value for over 4M users.

This high‑impact role requires hands‑on ML leadership, experience in recommender systems, uplift modelling, and marketing mix modelling, plus a track record of shipping

Formación

• 5+ years in ML/Data Science with leadership experience.
• Shipped ML products at scale, focused on personalisation and growth.
• Strong coding and architectural guidance with ML systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ML strategy and delivery for Growth, prioritising high‑impact projects.
• Build and mentor a team of ML engineers (3–5).
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Growth Marketing on infra, experimentation, and deployment.
• Drive experiments, design robust tests, and ensure scalable model serving.
• Maintain ML infrastructure and guide architectural decisions.
