Talantir is experiencing rapid growth in Spain and across Europe and seeks a commercially minded CFO to shape the company’s financial future. You will lead strategy, fundraising, and the creation of a scalable finance function, partnering with the CEO, board, and investors.

Based in Barcelona/Spain, the role requires hands-on leadership, strong governance, and the ability to drive data‑driven decisions in a high‑growth environment. English required; Spanish advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CFO or Senior Finance Leader in a high-growth startup/scale-up.
• Significant hands-on experience raising equity and debt from VC/investors.
• Demonstrable track record building a finance function from the ground up with systems, controls and team structure.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the company’s long‑term financial strategy aligned with rapid growth and international expansion.
• Act as trusted advisor to CEO and board, contributing to strategic planning, scenario modelling, and commercial decision‑making.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising, including investor targeting, due diligence, financial modelling, and negotiations.
• Build the finance function from scratch, implementing scalable systems, processes, controls, and reporting structures.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and regulatory compliance across Spain and Europe.
