Formación

• 5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, CRM, or Performance Marketing in B2B.
• Proven track record in building and executing growth experiments with measurable results.
• Deep expertise in Zoho CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• AI-savvy mindset and ability to integrate smart tools to boost funnel performance.
• Fluent English (C2 or native); Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and lead growth strategy across acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• Own and optimise Zoho CRM for commercial and reporting needs.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Create compelling messaging for C-level engagements.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC and LTV for optimisation.
