Ennismore is seeking to hire for The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona. This role involves being the key contact for groups and events, managing the sales process from proposals to bookings. Candidates should have a passion for hospitality, proven sales experience in a hotel environment, and fluency in both Spanish and English. The position emphasizes relationship building and maintaining guest experiences.

Successful applicants will enjoy working in a dynamic team where support and fun are paramount. Those with knowledge of booking systems OPERA and DELPHI are preferred.

Formación

• Previous experience in reactive sales in groups or events within hotels or venues.
• Track record of meeting or beating sales targets.
• Great at building strong and lasting relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Handle requests and booking processes from initial proposal to contract management.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support event planning.
• Use booking systems to manage details of bookings and track payments.
