A leading company in renewable energy is seeking a Team Lead to manage a team of engineers focused on transport and handling in the wind industry. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience, particularly in load measurement campaigns and familiarity with wind blade standards. This position is based in Sarriguren, Spain.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in transport handling or similar role in the wind or composites industry.
• Familiarity with wind blade drawings and standards (IMO-DNV GL) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 3-4 engineers.
• Conduct load measurement campaigns for real-time load cases.
• Liaise with core engineering, logistics, and project managers.

Your Tasks

• Lead a Team of 3-4 engineers, reports to Head of department Blades Reliability, Transport and Handling
• Conduct load measurement campaigns to capture real time load cases
• Liaise with core engineering, logistics and project managers
• Define allowable loads blade specific for transport & handling
• Perform the DFMEA/PFMEA exercise specific for mode of transport and blade type

Your Profile

• 15+ year’s experience in transport handling or similar role in the wind or composites industry
• Advantage (not a must):
• Experience in conducting measurement campaigns
• Familiar with wind blade drawings and standards (IMO-DNV GL)
