Impress, the leading digital orthodontics group, seeks a Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager in Barcelona. You will lead IFRS consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions, prepare group financial statements, and act as the primary contact with external auditors.

This hands-on role centers on accuracy, timelines, and policy consistency. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in consolidation/audit, IFRS expertise, and experience with multinational groups.

Formación

• 5+ years in group consolidation and/or audit of consolidated IFRS financial statements.
• Experience with multinational groups is preferred.
• Solid IFRS and multi-entity consolidation knowledge.
• Experience with external auditors through an audit cycle.
• Big Four experience or audit-firm training is a plus.
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus.
• Hands-on, detail-driven, fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the group audit to close — day-to-day contact for external auditors, managing audit requests, timelines and technical queries.
• Apply IFRS technical accounting positions and help ensure consistent application of group accounting policy across markets.
• Help improve and scale consolidation processes, controls and tools as the group grows.
• Partner with local finance teams to ensure quality and timeliness of reporting inputs.
• Support management and board reporting with reliable, audit-ready numbers.

The role

We are looking for a Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to run the consolidation and external financial reporting of a complex, multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction group under IFRS. You will be a key technical contributor on group reporting and a day-to-day contact for our external auditors, working closely with local finance teams across our markets.

This is a hands-on role: you will be close to the numbers and the process every day.

What we are looking for:

• ideally for multinational groups




• Solid technical knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation




• Experience working with external auditors through an audit cycle




• Big Four or audit-firm training a plus




• Fluent English (our working language); additional European languages a plus




• Hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment




• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CPA / equivalent) preferred
