A leading iGaming company is seeking a Country Manager for Greece to own the market strategy and performance. This role involves driving acquisition, compliance, and local team management while adapting global strategies to Greek player behavior. The ideal candidate has 4-5+ years in iGaming and proven experience in a managerial position. This is a full-time position with remote or Cyprus office options.

Formación

• 4-5+ years in iGaming or Betting. Preferably on the operator side.
• 1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming or Betting.
• Experience growing regulated markets within advertising and bonus restrictions.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of Greek player behavior, channels, and cultural specifics.

Responsabilidades

• Own P&L for Greece and deliver on growth, acquisition, and retention targets.
• Build and lead local teams/agencies across marketing, CRM, content, and affiliates.
• Drive acquisition via affiliates, media, partnerships, and localized campaigns.
• Ensure full compliance with Greek HGC regulations, advertising rules, and responsible gaming requirements.
• Maintain senior relationships with affiliates, media, payment providers, and local authorities.
• Adapt global product, promo, and CRM strategy to Greek customer behavior.
• Monitor KPIs (NGR, FTDs, LTV/CAC) and implement corrective actions when needed.
