Job summary

Allianz Technology Internship in Barcelona welcomes motivated students to join the IF&IS Governance Team for a 6-month internship, supporting contract governance, risk and compliance activities in an international environment. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics.
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint
• Experience in working with international projects/teams.
• Self-driven, proactive and highly motivated mindset.
• High degree of commitment and enthusiasm, responsibility, and ability to work autonomously.
• Experience in AI, Compliance Standards, Risk management and audit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IF&IS IT Governance Team with contract governance activities (compliance and governance tasks like updating the contract inventory).
• Maintain and create Outsourcing Compliance trackers; support evaluation of supplier documents with respect to information security, data protection and risk reporting obligations.
• Assist with risk management activities, including audit preparations and gathering evidences for tested controls for IF&IS.
• Update Knowledge base for Governance AI agent.
