Zusammenfassung

Allianz Technology is seeking a Security Risk Associate Intern in Barcelona to support risk assessments across assets. You will coordinate with application owners and the ISO team to ensure timely, accurate assessments and provide guidance on questionnaires and evidence.

The role blends information security knowledge with coordination and project management, with onboarding and training provided to help you perform effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Information Security principles and risk management concepts.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with multi-stakeholder follow-up.
• Attention to detail when reviewing documentation and evidence.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English is mandatory.
• Comfortable working with documentation, spreadsheets, and tracking / GRC tools.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate Information Security risk assessments with application owners across teams, ensuring timely delivery within deadlines.
• Guide application owners on completing security questionnaires and providing supporting evidence.
• Review submitted evidence for completeness and quality, flagging weak controls.
• Assist in raising risks in the risk register and tracking identified risks.
• Prepare daily progress reports and status updates for the team.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders involved in risk assessment processes.
• Maintain risk assessment documentation and security controls records.
