Huspy is seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team in Madrid. You will blend strong graphic design with motion skills, delivering high-quality assets for digital, print, and campaigns while upholding brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for typography, layout and animation principles, and a robust portfolio showcasing branding and motion work. Fluency in English is required and collaboration across teams is essential.

Formación

• Fluent English required (C1).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, composition and animation understanding.
• Experience creating motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Able to work independently and with a team, meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High-quality portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion design.

The Main Event: What you'll do

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic & Motion Designer with a strong eye for visual design, typography, composition, animation, and brand consistency. The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative professional who combines strong graphic design fundamentals with motion design skills and is highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects). They should be capable of delivering high-quality creative work across digital, print, and motion formats.

Candidates must demonstrate strong creative thinking, excellent execution, and the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions while working within established brand guidelines. They should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

A strong portfolio is mandatory and should clearly showcase a range of high-quality work across branding, layout design, digital design, motion graphics, campaign development, and creative problem-solving. The portfolio should demonstrate both conceptual thinking and polished execution, with examples of both static and animated creative assets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Full proficiency in English (C1 level)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and animation principles.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated assets for digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A high-quality portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion design capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma.
• Experience working with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Italian language proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
