Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive trainee program within the Production Department, with a focus on strategic projects. As part of this program, you will contribute to the Future Production Governance initiative, a strategic transformation aimed at enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of production processes across the Iberian Peninsula. The goal is to evolve from three individual plants to one integrated region: #asone. You will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in overseeing and ensuring the timely execution of pilot projects, assist in the coordination of Full‑Time Equivalents (FTEs) across different factories, and contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes, aligned with future demands and sustainability goals.
Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, Economy or similar. Master’s Degree is valuable.
Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1), Valuable German.
Skills: Agile and adaptable mindset, Proactive and solution‑oriented attitude, Strong communication, Teamwork skills and Innovation.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of project management and familiarity with tools like MS Project and Jira.
Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.)
As a first phase, the pre‑selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
