Everything we do at Sage is designed to help business flow and to help businesses make decisions faster and more accurate. As part of this, we rely on our team of experts to create, develop, and maintain industry-leading products. And that’s where you come in!

During the programme you will manage your own project work items, share knowledge across the team, and collaborate with delivery teams to conduct thorough and efficient testing in line with team processes and testing standards. You will create accurate test plans and execute them, ensuring issues and risks are raised and managed to completion. You should have an eye for detail and be quality-focused, resulting in thorough and well-organized test phases.

Throughout the 2-year Graduate programme and your career at Sage, you should stay enthusiastic about personal development and continuously learn new things to strive for excellence. We encourage you to bring innovative ideas to add real value for our customers, and reward ambition for future progression.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need to be a Graduate. While we’re open to different degree disciplines, these roles are ideal for Computer Science graduates (or similar). A passion for AI and the desire to use these skills to drive our products forward is expected.

Additionally, you should:

  • Able to prove a passion for tech, with skills to match.
  • Be a team player, open-minded and able to collaborate with people from across the world.
  • Be quick and eager to learn everything you’ll need to succeed in the programme.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help problem solving.
  • Be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Why you would love to join us

  • A comprehensive and structured development program with engaging weekly training sessions for Sage Ignite graduates
  • Diverse and inclusive work environment; our Barcelona office represents over 23 nationalities
  • Work-from-anywhere program allowing work from various locations around the world
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and technologies
  • Volunteer days—make a difference in communities

  3. Attend an assessment centre in the first week of September if successful at video interview
