Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Sant Cugat del Vallès near Barcelona seeks a Graduate to support Partnership Customer Experience events. You will assist in executing customer events, manage registrations, and coordinate logistics with vendors in a global sponsorship context.

This role offers hands-on experience in event marketing, budget tracking, data collection, and post-event reporting, with a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within HP's international teams.

Formación

• Four-year degree in Marketing or related field; internship or work experience in events is welcome.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience supporting planning and logistics for customer-facing events.
• Strong communication and data-tracking skills for post-event reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in execution of customer events and hospitality activities.
• Coordinate logistics, registrations, and vendor communications.
• Support budget tracking and expense reporting for events.
• Maintain event databases and update CRM/marketing systems.
• Collect attendee feedback and contribute to post-event reports.
