Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth for the Benelux market. You’ll partner with regional and global teams to adapt strategies, own campaigns end-to-end, and ensure resonance and performance across channels.

You will work with native Dutch and English language stakeholders, with a focus on creative testing, KPI-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a full-time role with January/February 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English, French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Benelux markets, culture and consumer trends.
• Graduated from a top university in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, tech and entrepreneurship, ideally with relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local and global marketing teams to adapt strategies and build high-impact campaigns across the Benelux markets.
• Own influencer and affiliate collaborations; manage relationships, outreach and vetting, ensuring content meets compliance and KPIs.
• Develop compelling creatives and test new formats across platforms.
• Stay close to what’s working across key social and digital platforms; spot trends, test hypotheses, and scale winning concepts.
• Use performance data to understand which creatives, formats and messages drive results, and iteratively improve channel performance.
• Own projects and product launches from strategy through execution and performance reporting.

• Stay close to what’s working across key social and digital platforms; spotting creative trends, testing new hypotheses and quickly scaling winning concepts.
• Use performance data to understand which creatives, formats and messages drive results, and continuously iterate to improve channel performance.
• Own projects & product launches from end-to-end, from strategy and execution to performance reporting and optimisation.

What you’ll need

• Native-level Dutch and fluent English. Proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Benelux markets, culture and consumer trends.
• Graduated from a top university in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, tech and entrepreneurship, ideally with relevant experience.
• Strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Strong analytical mindset with an understanding of KPIs, commercial metrics and performance marketing.
• Experience with influencer or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Curious, charismatic and highly collaborative, as you’ll be working with numerous stakeholders and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
• Full-time availability from January or February 2027.

Nice to have

• Experience or knowledge of fintech, banking or payments.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape across Dutch fintech and financial services.
• Previous experience working in a high-growth or technology environment.
