Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe, Spain, invites university graduates to join the AGGP2027 Graduate Industrial Architect programme. The two-year development journey combines technical growth with leadership training and inclusive leadership workshops.

Participants will rotate through assignments, support industrialization, interface management, and data analysis while preparing for a future leadership role within Airbus.

Formación

• Degree level or equivalent within Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in industrial/process engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support in Industrial System Definition and ISDP documentation.
• Interface coordination between Engineering and Production.
• Assist in developing build processes, tooling concepts and testing strategies.
• Support Verification and Validation of industrial requirements.
• Data collection for NRC and RC costs.
• Assist in defining Process Methods and Tools (PMT).
