Airbus Operations SL in Madrid area launches the AGGP2027 Graduate Programme for engineering graduates. The two-year journey focuses on leadership development, soft-skill training, and a path to a future Supply Chain & Quality Manager role.

You will rotate across functions, engage in hands-on ToW/NPI activities, and participate in workshops to build skills for a global aerospace environment.

Formación

• A degree level or equivalent within Engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Quality.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the Supplier Driven Transfer of work/NPI of several suppliers.
• Manage workload requested by the ToW/NPI, balancing time and quality.
• Manage the cost of the project for all team members involved.
• Ensure end-to-end global view about industrial process.
• Report status of projects in SMP IT Tool.
• Ensure adherence to the industrial planning.
• Coordinate MFT information for support/escalation/decision.
• APQP deliverables for the ToW/NPI project and share lessons learnt.
• Ensure maturity of the WP before Handover to serial SCQM.
• Support ToW/NPI link with low maturity in APQP.
• Rotational across P function possible.
