Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid area) invites recent graduates to join the AGGP2027 Graduate Industrial Architect program starting October 2027. This two-year journey blends hands-on assignments with tailored development to build leadership, technical and project-management skills.

You will rotate through industrial system definition, interface coordination and process documentation, with English as the business language and a focus on growth into an Industrial Architect.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Recent graduate or early career in industrial/process engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

What you will be doing

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of Industrial Architect and can expect to be involved in the following:

1. Support Industrial System Definition: Assist in documenting the Industrial System Development Plan (ISDP).
2. Interface Coordination: Help manage technical flows between Engineering and Production.
3. Industrialization Support: Assist in developing build processes, tooling concepts, and testing strategies.
4. Requirements Management: Support the Verification and Validation (V&V) of industrial requirements.
5. Data Analysis: Help collect data for Non-Recurrent (NRC) and Recurrent (RC) costs.
6. Process Documentation: Assist in defining Process Methods and Tools (PMT).

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of Industrial Architect!

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of industrial engineering or process engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

STATEMENT

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
