SEAT is launching a 12-month Trainee program in People & Organization within the Human Business Partners’ team for Production. You will rotate through different areas, receiving continuous training, mentoring, and real exposure to HR processes and labor regulations. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a bachelor’s in Labour Relations and strong English, with Spanish as native.

German is valued. The program offers international exposure within the VW group and a path to future

Formación

• Bachelor in Labour Relations, Master’s in HR valued.
• Spanish and English at a high level (C1). German valued (B2).
• Experience or exposure to HRBP in production environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advice and support to company areas on HR processes and labor regulations.
• Contribute to aligning HR activities with SEAT's strategy and objectives.
• Participate in cross-cutting strategic projects and rotational experiences.
• Support the People & Organization team in daily operations and projects.
