The position focuses on developing high-impact government affairs plans, influencing policy, and representing Intuitive with industry groups while coordinating with regional and global teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years’ experience in Public Affairs or similar field.
• Experience in government/political and/or campaign work.
• Healthcare policy experience desirable.
• University degree required.
• Fluent in Spanish; good command of Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across Spain, Portugal, and Europe.
• Strong written and verbal communication and policy advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns across countries.
• Ability to work independently and across global teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute Government & Public Affairs strategies and campaigns in Spain and Portugal.
• Engage with Members of Parliament, government officials and key stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to align policy objectives.
• Represent Intuitive at industry organizations and advocate policy goals.
• Manage external government affairs/public affairs firms as needed.
• Ensure clarity of department activities and messaging across countries.
• Prepare presentations and briefs for senior leadership.
