Marriott International’s St. Regis in Palma de Mallorca, Spain, is hiring a waiter/waitress to serve courses and beverages, set tables to event standards, and answer guests’ questions about the menu.

You will coordinate with the kitchen on orders and availability, record transactions in MICROS, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain clean work areas, and complete closing duties. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilidades

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to type of event and service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with kitchen on orders and availability.
• Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order and present accurate checks.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course or beverage.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, and related items.
• Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights.
