Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Google Cloud Product Manager to lead StreamOne Ion delivery, from ideation to value realization, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering. You will own the Google Cloud roadmap, manage vendor programs, and translate program changes into deliverable items for the team.

The role requires deep Google Cloud distribution knowledge, API and billing proficiency, and strong stakeholder management.

• Maintain a prioritized Epic and Feature backlog aligned to priorities and Definition of Ready.
• Coordinate intake, scope alignment, demos, testing, and releases across stakeholders.

Job Purpose

The Google Cloud Product Manager – Distribution & API Integrations will be working with StreamOne Ion delivery lifecycle, from the first business request through to value realization. StreamOne is TD SYNNEX's global cloud commerce platform, enabling partners to manage, provision, bill, and grow their multi-cloud business through a single unified experience.

This person will be acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, including Regional Business Platform Owners in the regions, and the engineering delivery team, the Business Product Manager translates business needs into actionable, sized, and prioritized work items.

This role focuses on Google Cloud, requiring proven deep understanding of the Google Cloud business, including vendor programs, commercial models, marketplace, partner ecosystem, market trends, and future roadmap. The successful candidate will work closely with Google as a vendor, understand upcoming program changes, gather input from the business, and translate requirements into clear delivery items for the engineering team and internal teams.

The role requires proven experience with the Google Cloud distribution ecosystem, including Google Cloud Channel API, reseller/distributor operations, provisioning, entitlement management, billing integrations and commercial workflows.

The candidate must be comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, billing flows, marketplace capabilities, and digital commerce processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Google Cloud roadmap, vision, and backlog for StreamOne Ion.
• Act as the single accountable business owner for Google Cloud initiatives from intake through delivery and value realization.
• Build strong relationships with Google stakeholders to understand future roadmaps, platform changes, and business priorities.
• Translate Google program, marketplace, billing, API, and commercial changes into clear business requirements.
• Partner with Regional Business Platform Owners to understand business needs, priorities, risks, and adoption requirements.
• Work with Engineering, Technical Product Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into actionable work.
• Maintain a prioritized Epic and Feature backlog, ensuring work is aligned to business priorities and Definition of Ready standard
• Coordinate intake, scope alignment, demos, testing, functional adoption and release updates across business, regional, Google, engineering delivery team, and other internal stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, and Platform environments.
• Strong understanding of Google Cloud / GWS and GCP, including including Google distributionAPIs, business models, partner programs, marketplace, billing, commercial models, and vendor ecosystem.
• Strong technical literacy across APIs, integrations, UX, platform workflows, billing, and digital commerce.
• Experience with Agile / SAFe, backlog prioritization, PI Planning, Epics, and Features.
• Experience defining business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, prioritization, and commercial awareness.

• Deep understanding of the Google Cloud business, market, ecosystem, roadmap, and commercial model.
• Act as a strategic partner to Google and the business—not simply an order-taker.
• You translate vendor and business program changes into clear requirements for the technology team and internal delivery teams.
• Confidently discuss APIs and integrations without being a developer.
• Own the “what” and “why” of Google Cloud product delivery within StreamOne Ion.
