Cross Border Talents is hiring a Google Sales Specialist in Barcelona to guide newly onboarded advertisers through onboarding and campaign setup. You’ll build client relationships, advise on digital strategies, and drive campaign optimization for stronger results.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent communication.
• Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn and develop professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation process.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Support long-term client success by providing strategic advice, valuable insights, and results-focused solutions.
