Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Sales Specialist in Barcelona to onboard advertisers and guide them through campaign setup, launch and optimization. You will partner with clients to understand goals, craft effective digital strategies and drive ongoing value.

Formación

• Language skills: Dutch (C2) and English (C1) required.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and communication abilities.
• Interest in marketing, technology and digital advertising.
• Curious, motivated and eager to learn and grow professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup.
• Understand clients' business objectives, audiences and challenges to tailor solutions.
• Create, launch, manage and optimize PPC and digital campaigns based on goals.
• Build long-term client relationships via calls, meetings and email.
• Provide guidance to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of advertising solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates.
• Offer strategic advice and results-focused solutions for long-term client success.
