We are looking for an experienced German‑speaking Google Ads Sales Account Manager to support high‑value clients particularly in retail travel and other large‑scale industries.

In this role you will work closely with established businesses to develop strategic long‑term advertising solutions that drive measurable growth.

About the Role

This position focuses on consultative account management rather than high‑volume sales.

Your clients are mature advertisers with significant budgets expecting expert guidance and advanced marketing support.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize Google Ads strategies for large German‑speaking clients

Deliver data‑driven recommendations and long‑term growth plans

Build deep trusted partnerships with marketing leaders

Provide strategic consultancy across campaign structure, bidding, targeting and creative direction

Align advertising strategies with client business goals

Conduct regular business reviews and follow‑up sessions

Act as a subject‑matter expert for advanced Google Ads features and marketing concepts

Requirements

BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business or related area or equivalent professional experience

C2 German - strong English communication skills

1-2 years in sales, digital advertising or account management

Strong expertise in Google Ads ideally with enterprise‑level clients

Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign optimization

Mid / Senior‑level profile comfortable advising decision‑makers

Proven ability to develop long‑term client relationships

Strong communication analytical thinking and consultative skills

30000 gross / year up to 3500 bonus
