This is your chance to work on an exciting Google Ads project helping innovative companies in the Benelux market grow their online presence.

Start Date: October 24 2025

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid Model)

Your Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of new clients.

  • Guide businesses through onboarding and help them launch high‑performing PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote Google Ads solutions.
  • Identify client goals and offer tailored marketing strategies.
  • Drive performance upselling and long‑term client satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
Requirements
  • Languages: Native/C2 Dutch, C1 English (French is a plus)
  • Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in Marketing, Business or Communication)
  • Experience: At least 1.5 years in sales, marketing or account management
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and AI‑based outreach tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, goal‑oriented and customer‑focused
  • Benelux Market Expertise
  • Understanding of local culture, business practices and GDPR regulations
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and strategic relationship building
  • Capable of identifying new opportunities and tracking ROI performance
