Buscamos un candidato con más de 7 años de experiencia en liderazgo en hospitalidad de lujo, pasión por la mentoría y habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y liderazgo.

Formación

• Experiencia probada (más de 7 años) en liderazgo de bienestar en hospitalidad de lujo.
• Comprensión sólida de medicina integrativa y funcional, nutrición, fitness y terapias de spa.
• Habilidad para desarrollar conceptos de bienestar innovadores.

Overview:

The Corporate Director of Wellness will oversee the development and execution of innovative wellness strategies across all properties. Inspired by the highest standards in wellness and longevity, such as those practiced at TOP Wellness destinations, this role focuses on curating transformative guest experiences, integrating the latest in holistic health, personalized treatments, and state-of-the-art medical technologies.

The director will ensure consistency, excellence, and evolution of wellness programs across all properties, fostering a culture of well-being among both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Wellness Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global wellness strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and SHA service standards. Lead the creation of innovative wellness concepts, programs, and experiences that prioritize physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Establish benchmarks and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and success. Spearhead the development of luxury and personalized wellness offerings, emphasizing bespoke experiences and intuitive service.
2. Program Development & Implementation: Curate and design signature wellness experiences that integrate state-of-the-art medical diagnostics, nutrition, fitness, spa, and holistic treatments. Develop personalized wellness journeys, blending traditional healing practices with modern technology. Ensure consistency in the delivery of wellness services, tailoring experiences for high-end clients. Integrate advanced sports technologies for fitness and recovery, inspired by elite sports practices. Implement multifunctional wellness spaces in accommodations, offering in-room fitness and gym elements.
3. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire wellness managers, therapists, and medical professionals. Provide ongoing training and professional development, fostering a culture of well-being within the team. Focus on attracting top talent in each wellness area.
4. Collaboration & Partnerships: Establish partnerships with leading medical, nutrition, and wellness experts. Collaborate with international specialists in fields like integrative medicine, fitness, and nutrition. Work closely with other departments to ensure wellness offerings are integrated into the guest experience. Develop collaborations with yoga experts and luxury beauty brands for retreats and treatments.
5. Quality Assurance & Guest Experience: Conduct regular audits of wellness facilities and services. Analyze guest feedback and industry trends to refine offerings. Ensure wellness experiences reflect the brand’s luxury ethos. Oversee the design of wellness areas, including soundscapes to enhance guest experience.
6. Innovation & Market Trends: Stay updated on emerging wellness trends and technologies. Incorporate innovative therapies and equipment. Drive the evolution of wellness programs to keep the brand a leader in luxury wellness. Promote sustainable luxury practices within wellness programs.
7. Financial Management: Manage the wellness division’s budget, ensuring profitability and quality. Analyze financial data to optimize revenue. Identify new revenue opportunities through programs, retreats, and partnerships. Use data and forecasting systems to anticipate trends and adapt strategies.
8. Property Development & Renovation Support: Collaborate on wellness facility renovations to meet luxury standards. Plan organic garden expansions and meditation paths, integrating natural elements. Ensure projects balance modern luxury with sustainability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (7+ years) in senior wellness leadership within luxury hospitality, preferably with top brands.
• Strong understanding of integrative and functional medicine, nutrition, fitness, and spa therapies.
• Ability to develop innovative wellness concepts that enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring.
• Strong business acumen, experience managing budgets, revenue, and profitability.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various properties for program implementation.
