METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth in the Transport & Logistics service business on a global scale. The role connects customers, Market Organizations, and the SBU to shape and execute service solutions across the customer lifecycle.

You will develop growth strategies, expand recurring revenue through service agreements and digital services, and align regional plans with global objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• MBA or advanced business qualification preferred.
• 7+ years in service business development, strategic account management, or related leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global Transport & Logistics service growth strategies.
• Own and promote the Transport & Logistics Service Portfolio globally.
• Collaborate with Market Organizations to create country-specific growth plans.
• Identify market trends, VOC feedback, and service innovation opportunities.
• Lead negotiations of regional and global service agreements.
• Support launches and hypercare for new service offerings.
