Allianz Services seeks an experienced leader to establish and grow the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) service. You will build the team, shape the service model, and ensure regulatory compliance across Allianz entities worldwide.

Formación

• 8+ years in TPRM, outsourcing governance, vendor management, procurement, or risk management.
• Experience leading teams or complex service delivery.
• Strong regulatory knowledge related to outsourcing and operational resilience (DORA, VAIT).
• Experience building or managing risk management frameworks or managed services.
• Leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict management.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office; experience with GRC tools such as OpenPages or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Interest in IT and GenAI is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the global TPRM service and team.
• Define and evolve the TPRM Service model, ensuring scalability, governance, and performance.
• Develop the TPRM operating model with clear roles, processes, and standards.
• Drive maturity of the TPRM framework across the organization.
• Oversee full TPRM lifecycle: onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, monitoring, offboarding.
• Ensure implementation of Allianz policies and regulatory alignment (DORA).
• Coordinate audits related to TPRM and outsourcing.
• Provide guidance to senior stakeholders on complex risk topics.
• Establish reporting and dashboards for internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead preparation of TPRM assurance and regulatory reports.
