Opella is seeking an experienced Solution Architect – TPM to design and deliver scalable TPM solutions across markets. You’ll work at the intersection of business and tech, partnering with Commercial, Finance and IT to ensure the TPM ecosystem is integrated and efficient.

You will lead end-to-end TPM designs, support global implementations, and drive data quality and compliance with architectural standards across multiple regions. Fluent English is required, Barcelona-based with hybrid work.

Formación

• Proven experience in solution architecture or enterprise systems.
• Experience with Trade Promotion Management platforms (e.g. SAP TPM, Salesforce TPM or similar).
• Strong understanding of trade promotion processes and ERP/Finance integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end TPM solutions for promotion planning, forecasting, budgeting, accruals and settlements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical designs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Sales and revenue teams to optimize processes.
