Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Total Rewards Expert to drive compensation and benefits programs across Europe, collaborating with Total Rewards Partners and local HR teams to implement global standards with local adaptation.

You will analyze benchmark data, evaluate jobs, perform STI and pay-gap analysis, and deliver training to HR teams on compensation frameworks while ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Formación

• 5+ years in analytical roles within Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related functions in a global organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar.
• Strong financial acumen with understanding of legal, tax, and employment legislation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/data visualization tools (Python, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, GRP).
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines with confidentiality.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits processes across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards and local implementation plans.
• Act as key contact for benchmark analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, STI calculations, and pay gap analytics.
• Provide second-level support and expert guidance to local HR and business stakeholders on Total Rewards processes and policies.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to HR teams to ensure consistent application of compensation frameworks and practices.
• Monitor and analyse local market data to inform competitive and compliant Total Rewards strategies.
• Support the rollout of global initiatives and changes at country level, ensuring smooth adoption by local HR teams.
• Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, adapting global frameworks where necessary.
• Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements based on local needs, market trends, and regulatory developments.
