ADP is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst to oversee risks across its payroll providers network within a global governance framework. The role involves leading risk assessments, due diligence, and remediation programs in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Business Operations to ensure data governance and regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in compliance are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in Compliance, Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management, Audit, and/or Internal Controls.
• Solid understanding of data privacy principles and regulations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based assessments for new and existing payroll providers, identifying compliance exposures and driving remediation.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence reviews, including sanctions screening, PEPs, adverse media, and beneficial ownership verification.
• Ensure payroll providers maintain data governance and records retention compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Business Operations to manage third-party compliance risks.
• Support strategic compliance programs, cross-functional initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
