ADP is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst to oversee the Global Third-Party Risk Management Program for payroll providers, ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance within a multinational framework.

You will lead risk assessments, perform enhanced due diligence, monitor governance and controls, and work with Legal, Privacy, Security and Procurement to remediate findings and strengthen the organization’s risk posture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5+ years in Compliance or risk management.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based assessments for payroll providers and develop remediation plans.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence, including sanctions and PEP screening.
• Monitor governance structures, risk management frameworks, and controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement and Operations teams to manage third-party risks.
