ADP, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Risk Analyst to join its Global Third-Party Risk Management program. You will oversee payroll providers’ risk exposure, perform risk assessments, and help ensure controls align with international standards across multiple countries.

The role requires 3–5+ years in compliance or related fields, strong data privacy knowledge, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus in our multinational environment. Hybrid work is supported.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in Compliance, Third-Party/Vendor Risk Management, Audit, and/or Internal Controls.
• Solid understanding of data privacy principles and regulations.
• Fluent in written and oral English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead risk-based assessments for payroll providers and drive remediation.
• Evaluate governance structures and risk management frameworks.
• Perform enhanced due diligence including sanctions screening, PEP, adverse media and ownership verification.
• Ensure payroll providers maintain data governance and records retention compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Operations teams to manage third-party risks.
• Support strategic compliance programs and cross-functional initiatives.
