Job summary

STADA Arzneimittel AG in Spain seeks a Manager Global Technology Transfer to lead end-to-end tech transfer projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant transfers.

Ideal candidates have a Life Sciences degree with 5+ years in pharma tech transfer or related areas, and fluency in English. Willingness to travel globally is expected. Experience with GMP documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Biology or comparable field.
• More than 5 years of work experience in Pharma Industry with tech transfer, product development, manufacturing or regulatory affairs.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Project management experience and capability to lead multi-functional teams.
• Open to travel globally and adapt to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Technology Transfer projects with PM and cross-functional teams.
• Define project strategy, team and end-to-end plan with risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (QA, RA, MS&T, CMOs) and third parties for transfers.
• Run project meetings to monitor milestones, progress and decisions.
• Ensure GMP/document compliance and support site transfers and regulatory filings.
