Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH and León, Spain seeks a Principal Engineer to lead isolation sterile fill finish and lyophilization activities across Global Technical Operations. You will mentor site engineering teams and drive Front End Engineering Designs with cross functional stakeholders.

The role requires extensive cGMP engineering experience, strong project governance, and the ability to influence senior leadership while advancing Lean Manufacturing across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or other Engineering degree from an accredited university is required.
• PMP certification or similar accreditation is required.
• Masters degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in isolated or RABS sterile fill finishing and lyophilization equipment and operations.
• Manages Front End Engineering Design efforts to develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Develop and implement segment level engineering standards, establishing clear baseline requirements and governance to drive consistency across engineering and facilities teams.
• Lead and execute site master planning and site manufacturing asset assessments.
• Lead major capital projects and provide technical support through the gate process.
